Background:
I’ve been involved in sports since a young age, doing athletics in various disciplines and eventually specializing in the speed modality. The positive impact sports had on my well-being inspired me to pursue a degree in Sports & Exercise Science in Spain, where I delved into subjects such as exercise physiology, sports psychology, and biomechanics, developing a deep passion for the field. Discovering the extensive health benefits of physical exercise, both for healthy individuals and those facing diseases or special circumstances, I moved to London for a Master’s degree in Exercise and Physical Activity for Special Populations and Healthy Ageing.
During this time, I also had the opportunity to actively play football and coach a group of young girls in a local club in Finchley. Combining my love for the sport with my desire to empower others has been incredibly rewarding. I am excited to use my knowledge and skills to provide tailored support and make a positive difference in the lives of individuals.
