Background:
Finished two years of military service in the Cyprus special forces division. After I completed my service I continued with my training but went into the casual body building style, sitting on machines isolating muscles type of workouts, leaving behind the hard functional training I was doing in the military. After some time of working out in that manner I found myself stiff, unable to perform certain movements and on my way to injury.
Long story short I started studying the human anatomy and bio-mechanics in order to fix myself which ignited my passion to help others do the same. I still enjoy building muscle and having an aesthetic physique but now with a more functional and holistic approach.
