Background:

Joseph is an experienced and qualified personal trainer who has worked with people of all ages and fitness levels. Through a professional, caring and flexible approach, Joseph focuses on building a strong foundation through tailored and adaptive programs, with an aim of leading to sustainable lifestyle changes with long term benefits. 

Joseph has also been kickboxing for 10 years with a background in traditional Kung Fu, starting weightlifting to supplement his preparation for competition, in both the UK and China. Upon seeing the benefits first hand, Joseph began personal training to improve the health and quality of life of others. 

In addition, Joseph spent 3 years in culinary school achieving a 1st class honours in culinary arts management. 

 

 

Qualifications:

-Level 2 gym instructor

-Level 3 diploma in personal training and instruction

-UKSCA Foundation in Strength and Conditioning 

-UKSCA Weightlifting for Sports Performance 

-1st class honours in culinary arts management
