Background:
Used to play semi professional football but had to stop playing due to continual injuries. Rehabilitated myself back and learnt a great deal and became a passion to help others rehabilitate back.
Studied sports & exercise science at university and particularily excelled at biomechanical assessment of movement & injury, which further grew my interest in the area.
When initially starting to PT was taught/tutored by a strength and conditioning coach which allowed me to further understand body movement patterns and how to make a movement as efficient as possible!

BSc Sports & Exercise Science (2:1)
REPS level 3 personal trainer
